Company Overview

Sun Yu Ta Co., Ltd. was established in 1992 in Changhua County, Taiwan, specializing in plastic injection molding for three decades. As a Plastic Injection Manufacturer, we initially focused on manufacturing plastic plates, which were further enhanced with post-molding printing to add a variety of colors and uniqueness.

Over the decades, we have collaborated with numerous industries, expanding our ODM/OEM projects beyond daily plastic products to include toy accessories, household items, furniture components, hand tools, fitness equipment, medical accessories, and more.

With extensive manufacturing experience accumulated over three decades, we have not only advanced in product manufacturing but also developed services such as heat transfer printing, transfer printing, hot stamping, spray painting, and electroplating for plastic surface finishing. These services diversify our product offerings and strengthen customer trust and confidence in us.

Key Milestones

1992 — SYT was founded in Changhua County, Taiwan.
2004 — Established a second factory, expanding production area and equipment. It has since become our main production site.
- Introduced injection molding machines, swing-arm robots, traverse robots, and servo-driven traverse robots.
2012 — Obtained ISO 9001, SMETA, and D-U-N-S® certifications.
2013 — Set up a third factory, further expanding raw material and product storage areas.
2021 — Introduced all-electric injection molding machines to enhance product quality and yield rates.
